The COMMZGATE Global SMS Network is powered by a cluster of inter-connected SMS gateway servers that are linked to Mobile Phone Networks around the world. These high-speed connections allows COMMZGATE users to send and receive SMS messages directly via each Mobile Operator’s SMSC systems. SMS Messages are sent and received via long-code mobile numbers.

Each message you send will have a delivery report informing you of its delivery status. If a message fails to deliver or arrives late, we will work with the respective Mobile Operator to trace the problem.

What is SS7
SS7 or (Common Channel Signaling System No. 7) is a global standard for telecommunications defined by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). This is also that protocol that enables SMS to be sent and received over mobile netowrks.
Using this protocol, we are able to connect to Mobile Operators all over the world to tap on their Mobile Network to deliver your message to the designated mobile phone user.

Using long-code mobile numbers (eg. 6598341957), we are able to receive SMS messages from any Mobile User around the world. Received messages are logged into your Campaign in our Web Application or forwarded to your custom application via our API format.
